The director of the film, Rajkumar Hirani, and his production team visited Sonamarg last week too, and the crew has now reached Kashmir. Khan is likely to shoot a song with choreographer Ganesh Acharya. The administration of Kashmir has been trying to revive its movie culture, and locals are happy to see cinema back in the valley. Earlier, Kiara Advani shot for Satyaprem Ki Katha, Alia Bhatt for Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani, and Tamil superstar Vijay for Leo in Kashmir. The region got its first multiplex in September 2022, and the government has recently introduced a film policy that has made shooting movies in Kashmir smooth.
