Addressing the mega rally organized by the ruling Bharat Rashtra Samithi( BRS) in Telangana’s Khammam on Wednesday, Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan said, “ sweats are on to portray Hindi as the public language while sidelining all our native languages”.
Assessing Hindi by doing down with our mother language ill affect the integrity of the nation. Taking a dig at the BJP- led Centre, Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao said “ Make in India has come Joke in India. There’s Make in India, but there are China stores in every road ( in the country)”.
He further said if BRS comes to power, the Agnipath scheme for reclamation in Fortified forces would be abolished. Schemes like Telangana’s Rythu Bandhu( for the weal of growers) should be enforced throughout the country and it’s his party’s watchword and demand, KCR asserted. In a cutting attack against Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal during his speech in Khammam indicted the PM of ordering Governors to trouble their separate CMs, whether it’s Telangana, Punjab, Delhi or any other state.
Communist Party of India( CPI) general clerk D Raja, indicted the BJP- RSS of assessing monolithic political order and called for the opposition to master BJP and RSS in 2024. Speaking to journalists in Khammam on the arrangements for the BRS meeting, finance and health minister T Harish Rao recalled that the party first conducted a massive public meeting ‘ Simha Garjana ’ in Karimnagar in 2001, incontinently after KCR innovated the TRS.
Harish Rao asserted, “ I’ve no doubt that this meeting will impact and change the politics of the country ”. Rvolving on the arrangements made for the public meeting, Harish Rao said that it would be conducted on a 100- acre ground and parking would be handed for vehicles on 448 acres at 20 places.
