Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be in Hyderabad to inaugurate and lay the foundation stone of various projects worth over Rs. 11,300 crore in Telangana on April 8th, 2023. During his visit, he will lay the foundation stone of AIIMS Bibinagar and five national highway projects, as well as participate in a public meeting at Parade Ground. Additionally, he will flag-off the Secunderabad-Tirupati Vande Bharat Express, which will connect Hyderabad with the temple town of Tirupati. The train will reduce travel time between the two cities by nearly three and a half hours and will benefit pilgrims.
The Prime Minister will also dedicate to the nation the doubling and electrification of the Secunderabad-Mahabubnagar project. Investing in infrastructure projects like highways can greatly improve connectivity and lead to socio-economic development in the region. It’s good to see the government taking steps towards improving infrastructure in the country. The laying of the foundation stone of AIIMS Bibinagar, Hyderabad by Prime Minister Narendra Modi during his visit to Hyderabad is a significant step towards strengthening the health infrastructure in the country. AIIMS (All India Institute of Medical Sciences) is a group of autonomous public medical colleges of higher education in India that provide undergraduate, postgraduate, and super-specialty medical education, undertake research, and provide tertiary-level healthcare services. The establishment of AIIMS Bibinagar, Hyderabad, at a cost of more than Rs 1,350 crore, is expected to provide comprehensive, quality, and holistic tertiary care health services to the people of Telangana at their doorstep.
